上海中医药大学针灸推拿学院，具有悠久的历史和深厚的积淀。于1960年在全国中医院校中最早建立针灸专业；1974年建立针灸推拿伤科专业；1978年建立针灸推拿系；1982年在全国最早实行针灸、推拿独立招生，建立针灸系和推拿系；1998年正式成立针灸推拿学院。

作为全国最早建立的针灸推拿本科及研究生教育的基地，拥有国家中医药管理局重点学科、上海市教委重点学科的学院，近年来坚持大学的“高层次、教学研究型、外向型”的办学定位，为社会培养了一批又一批高级针推专业人才。经过不断建设和努力，已经形成了一整套符合自身发展规律及国际化发展趋势的针推人才培养的体系，并在学科建设、科研水平、人才队伍建设等方面有了长足的发展，处于全国同类专业的前列。在2007年教育部本科教学工作水平评估中得到评估专家的充分认可。目前开设专业及方向有：针灸推拿学专业（五年制）、中医学类专业（骨伤科学方向五年制）、中医学专业（针灸推拿英语班七年制，与上海交通大学外语学院联合办学）、针灸推拿学专业（康复治疗方向五年制）。

 

学院拥有一支优秀的以博士生、硕士生导师为主的师资队伍，承担着本科生、研究生的教学和科学研究任务。有多名教师获得“上海市名师奖”、“上海市宝钢奖”和“育才奖”先进个人以及上海市教委“优秀青年教师”光荣称号。针灸推拿学获得上海市第三期本科教育高地建设项目。《针灸学》2004年成为第一批国家教育部精品课程，已获得国家教育部优秀教材奖、上海市优秀教学成果奖，并开展了针灸学网络化教学，不断探索针灸经典、针灸治疗学、实验针灸学课程“三位一体”创新教学模式。

 

学院坚持以高层次、多学科交叉结合的发展思路，积极与复旦大学、上海交通大学、中科院技术物理研究所、华山医院手外科研究所以及美国马里兰大学，香港中文大学等国内外综合性大学和科研院所合作，开展科学研究和人才培养的良性流动，不断推动着科研水平的提高和学科建设的发展。在针灸经络基础、临床研究和针灸推拿诊疗技术的客观化、标准化研究等方面取得卓著的成就，先后获得多项国家教育部、卫生部、国家中医药管理局和上海市科技进步奖，并获得和转让专利十余项。

 

　　学院作为我校对外交流的重要窗口，每年有多名教师赴东南亚及欧美地区国家讲学交流以及医疗合作，也接待了多国学者和团体的访问学习，为中医走向世界作出积极的贡献。

学院将面向新世纪经济、科技、社会和人类卫生保健事业发展的要求，坚持继承、发展、创新并举，坚持以质量为核心、改革为动力、发展为主题、创新为源泉，通过多途径联合办学，走开放式的教育教学发展道路，培养有较强实践能力和创新意识的高层次外向型复合型针推专业人才，在教学、科研、科技产业等各方面不断进取，努力打造全国一流的针推学院！

 

　　College of Acumox and Tuina，Shanghai University of TCM is time honoured and has profound accumulation. In 1960， Shanghai University of TCM set up the specialty of Acumox for the first time among all national colleges and universities of TCM； In 1974， the specialty of Acumox-Tuina-Traumatology was established； in 1978， the specialty of Acumox-Tuina was established； in 1982， specialties of Acumox and Tuina were established respectively for independent student recruitment of Acumox and Tuina， and this was the first nationwide； In 1998， the Acumox and Tuina College was founded formally.

　　As the earliest established base of undergraduate and graduate education for Acumox and Tuina specialties in China， and a college with key subjects of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine as well as the Shanghai Municipal Educational Committee， the college has brought up batches of senior talents of Acumox-Tuina with the persistence in the university’s high level， research and foreign-oriented school-running pattern in recent years. After continuous construction and endeavor， the college has formed a system that accords with the laws of self development and internationalized development trend for the cultivation of Acumox-Tuina talents， and made considerable development in discipline construction， scientific research and construction of talent resource， which has made the specialties top the list of the same kind in the whole nation. In 2007， the work of the college was approved by the experts in the Undergraduate Teaching Level Evaluation of the Ministry of Education. At present， the college offers the following specialties： Acumox and Tuina （five-year course），Traditional Chinese Medicine （five-year course， Traumatology oriented），Traditional Chinese Medicine （seven-year English course in Acumox and Tuina， in collaboration with College of Foreign Language， Jiaotong University） and Acumox and Tuina （five-year course， rehabilitation oriented）.

　　The college owns an excellent teaching and researching group mainly consisting of Master and PhD tutors； this group is responsible for the teaching of undergraduates and graduates as well as various scientific research items. Many teachers were awarded laurels such as “Shanghai Famous Teacher”， “Education Prize of Bao Steel”， “Advanced Worker in Education” and “Excellent Young Teacher” of Shanghai Municipal Education Committee. Science of Acumox became one of the first Excellent Courses of the Ministry of Education in 2004， and realization of networking of its teaching resources has facilitated the network teaching. In addition， the creative teaching model of Trinity of Acumox Classics， Acumox Treatment and Experimental Acumox has been explored continuously.

　　Insisting on the developing concepts of high level and interdisciplinary integration， the college cooperates with comprehensive universities and scientific research institutes at home and abroad such as Fudan University， Shanghai Jiaotong University， Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics of CAS， Institute of Hand Surgery of Huashan Hospital， University of Maryland of the U.S. and Chinese University of Hong Kong etc. to carry forward scientific research and reasonable talent exchange， so as to improve scientific research level and discipline construction. In the areas of objectification and standardization research for Acumox and meridians basics， clinical research and diagnosis & treatment techniques of Acumox-Tuina， the college has obtained distinguished achievements which were successively honoured with awards from Ministry of Education， Ministry of Health， State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine， and Science & Technology Achievement Prizes of Shanghai； in addition， the college has obtained and transferred more than 10 patents.

　　As an important window for the foreign exchange of our university， the college dispatches specialists to Southeast Asia， European countries， and the U.S. to give lectures and to offer medical treatments every year， and also receives scholars and groups from various countries， which make great contribution to the appearance of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the international stage.

　　Acumox and Tuina College， according to the requirements of the economy， science and technology， society and human hygiene in the new century， will insist on the simultaneous process of inheritance， development and innovation， and taking quality as the core， reformation as the drive， development as the theme and innovation as the source， to cultivate high leveled， foreign-oriented and interdisciplinary talents with strong practical ability and creative sprit through an open development way for education and instruction. The college will progress actively in instruction， scientific research， scientific and technological industry and other aspects， and endeavor to construct a first-class Acumox and Tuina College nationwide.
