1965年生，男，苗族，博士，毕业法国波尔多第三大学，现任数学与计算机科学学院院长。从事计算机数学图象处理、模式识别研究。贵州省计算机学会理事。1983年9月—1987年7月：在贵州民族学院数学系数学专业学习；1997年9月—1998年7月：在山西大学计算机科学系硕士学位教师进修班学习；2001年10月—2002年10月：在法国波尔多第三大学（University of Michel de MontaigneBordeaux 3）留学，获法国DESS文凭（硕士）；2002年10月—2005年11月：在法国波尔多第三大学（University of Michel de MontaigneBordeaux 3）攻读博士学位，获法国博士学位。
