辛杰，男，汉族，1974年2月生，山东莱阳人，中共党员，博士，教授，硕士研究生导师，现任数学与信息学院院长。

研究领域
研究方向为应用偏微分方程，主要研究物理、力学等学科中的偏微分方程解的适定性、分数阶偏微分方程、随机偏微分方程、无穷维动力系统。
